The picture is very clear, and the viewing angle is wide enough for my needs. The case is thin and the border around the screen is narrow, so it does not take up a lot of wall space. Basically it is all picture. The sound is not very good but given the lack of space in the cabinet for good speakers this was expected. I bought a separate sound bar to provide better sound. If you already have a receiver than this would be a non-issue. I have notice the flesh tones are off on some content. I have not had time to fine tune the adjustments to see if that takes care of it and some of it may be due to the media type. Overall, I am very pleased with the picture.

First, this review is in two parts, TV, then delivery fiasco.

TV: Great picture, sound, weight, size. Remote rocks with the keyboard on the back, makes life easy for doing text entries for the varios services supplied by this "SMART" TV. Many built in -apps do this TV justice. not sure i'm up to facebooking with it, but, insant streaming Amazon Prime Video and Netflix, woo hoo!! Inputs are easy to get to and lots of them, have 2 consoles, a DVD, Tivo, and Laptop connected all labeled. Can't gush much more on the product. still wary with prior reviews talking about it going bad early, fingers crossed those chips are not in my device.

Now, about the Shipping. Delivery made by 3rd party carrier. Delivery was made by one (1) person for a 60" TV. Agent was not able to relocate existing TV without assistance from homeowner. Agent did not have necessary tools to complete delivery of TV (ie; screwdriver to attach stand to TV.) Unsat all around. Additionally, TV was not configured for use by Agent, only initial setup complete to verify operability. It was left to the homeowner to complete connections that were originally in place on preexisting TV (ie: 2 HDMI cables) Not happy with Agent or his company. Unhappy enough I might take business elsewhere for future large item purchases to ensure proper installing and configuration during Delivery.

My 2 cents, you milage may vary.

Issues:
* Remote failed to operate properly upon delivery. It kept repeating whatever button was pushed.
* The next day, the remote failed to operate completely.
* Another universal remote experienced that same issue as the day of delivery.
* It was almost impossible to remove the battery cover, and hence remove the battery, which is what Vizio customer service requested.
* Vizio customer service was not knowledgeable about the product. They agreed to send another remote in 7 to 10 business days.
* Vizio customer service never acknowledged the television had an issue, even after telling them about the universal remote experience.
* If the remote operated, it looked to be overly complicated and non-intuitive.
* The buttons on the side of the TV were small and difficult, if not impossible, to read in normal light. These buttons are intended to be used in place of the remote.

Thank goodnes the product was purchased through Amazon, which agreed to take back the product and provide a full refund. Pass on this TV until Vizio improves it and provides better customer service.
